BAS 2025 Sponsorship Opportunities

This popular event returns on Tuesday 20th May 2025 to Dorney Lake Conference Centre near Windsor (Court Lane, Off Lake End Road, Dorney SL4 6FJ)

The event will attract an audience of mainly UK and Ireland based practitioners of endothermic treatments, foam and microsclerotherapy. These include phlebologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, vascular nurse specialists, dermatologists and aesthetic doctors and nurses. The majority are in private practice and many hold influential NHS posts as well. With fewer than 100 delegates, previous sponsors have been delighted with the quality of the enquiries and the level of interaction with delegates. The conference will be live-streamed and available on-demand after the event, giving sponsors ongoing exposure to a wider audience.

Two tiers of sponsorship are available which offer excellent branding and promotional opportunities. Sponsor branding and website links will be included in BAS marketing and delegate communications, on social media, on the BAS event web page, on the BAS main website for 12 months and in the live stream and the on-demand recording (depending on the package selected, see full details below).

We are happy to work with you to tailor any packages to meet your specific sponsorship and marketing criteria.

The BAS was formed in 2003 as a not-for-profit membership association dedicated to raising standards by providing advice, education and support for professionals as well as credible information for the media and general public. Our sponsors enable us to host CPD events at an affordable fee for delegates and without this support our ongoing activities would not be viable.
